Rachael Tiesenga currently serves as the Director of Workforce and Leadership Development at Southwest Michigan First, a position held since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Phlebotomist at West Michigan Cancer Center from July 2018 to January 2020, and at the University of Michigan - University Health Service from November 2017 to May 2018. Rachael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biopsychology Cognition Neuroscience from the University of Michigan, completing studies in 2017.
