John Ravasio

John Ravasio has 15 years of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Labor Relations Attorney at Veolia Transportation. In 2011, they joined Cincinnati Metro as a Labor Relations and Employment Law Manager and later became the Director of Employee and Labor Relations. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Interim Chief Operations Officer before being appointed as the Chief Operations Officer in 2020.

John Ravasio received their B.A. in Government & International Relations from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. John then attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their J.D. in Law. In addition to their degree programs, John Ravasio obtained two additional certifications. In December 2015, they earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, and in January 2015, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
