Stan Chapman

Stan Chapman has over 30 years of experience in information technology and management, with a significant tenure at Southwest Power Pool from September 2010 to June 2023, where roles included Senior Director of IT for Facilities and Applications and IT Director for Applications. Prior positions include IT Director for Technology and Services at Verizon / Alltel Management Trust and various leadership roles at Alltel, culminating in the position of Vice President of Network and Desktop Services. Early in the career, Stan served as Senior Regional Manager and Special Projects Consultant at Alltel Information Services. Stan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University, earned between January 1978 and December 1982.
