Jim Mullan

Jim Mullan is currently the Vice President of Construction and Development at Southwest Properties since September 2022. Prior to that, Jim worked as a Design Manager at Iron Maple Constructors from November 2020 to September 2022. Jim has a background in Project Management, Business Development, and various coordination roles at Bird Construction from May 2008 to November 2020. Jim holds a degree in A.E.T. in Architectural Design, Structural Design, Mechanical and Electrical Design, Estimating, and CAD from NSCC, and studied Music and Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University and Concordia University.
