Chloe Madison is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive experience in public safety and community affairs. Currently serving as the Senior Policy Advisor on Public Safety in the Office of Mayor Todd Gloria for the City of San Diego, Chloe has also held the position of Manager of Public Affairs at Southwest Strategies since October 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant for the Public Safety & Livable Neighborhoods Committee for the City of San Diego and as a Policy Advocate for the ACLU. Chloe's career began with a Council Representative position in the City of San Diego and included significant responsibilities as District Director for the Legislative Office of Delegate Anne Kaiser and in the Office of Speaker Michael E. Busch during the Maryland General Assembly. Chloe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Maryland.
