Bridgette Greene

Bridgette Green, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and EHS Manager at SouthWest Water Company since June 2021, Bridgette has effectively managed HR functions across Alabama and South Carolina. Previously, Bridgette held strategic positions at Wabtec Corporation, where a long-term vision for employee development was implemented, and BELL, leading a team of recruiters to enhance HR strategies in North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior roles include Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at Amazon, where Bridgette launched new fulfillment centers and developed training programs, and Senior HR Generalist at Hammond School.
