Colby Passman

Colby Passman has extensive experience in leadership, recruitment, and sales, with a strong focus on organizational development and community engagement. As an Organizational Field Leader, Corporate Recruiter, Student Manager, and Independent Sales Consultant at Southwestern Advantage, Colby achieved over $225,000 in personal retail sales and conducted more than 16,000 cold calls while delivering over 3,500 sales presentations. Colby served as President of the Public Relations Student Society of America at the University of Mississippi, establishing the organization on campus and leading all meetings and events. As Vice President of Alumni Relations for Alpha Kappa Psi, Colby hosted podcasts and organized networking events for members and alumni. Additional experience includes leading a youth ministry at Jefferson Street United Methodist Church and acting as a Recruitment Counselor for the Ole Miss Interfraternity Council. Colby holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi and a high school diploma from Cathedral School in Natchez.
