Carlos Salazar

Carlos Salazar is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in directional drilling and operations support. Currently serving as an Operations Support Center Engineer at Southwestern Energy since January 2023, Carlos previously held various roles at MOTIVE Drilling Technologies, including Directional Driller Field Engineer and Remote Directional Driller. Carlos spent significant time at H&P Technologies as a Command Center Analyst and has extensive experience at TerraVici Drilling Solutions, where responsibilities included leading directional drilling operations with rotary steerable systems. Earlier positions at Baker Hughes and Schlumberger provided opportunities to manage and execute complex drilling projects. Carlos Salazar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico Santiago Marino, obtained from 1994 to 1999.
