Ken Pankow

Ken Pankow is the current Chief of Facilities Management at Southwestern Illinois Health Facilities Inc. Ken has extensive experience in the field, having served as Director of Facilities Management at Faith Regional Health Services from August 2015 to November 2020, where they supervised construction of a 148,000 sq ft Medical Office building, and at Crossing Rivers Health from February 2000 to August 2015, where they oversaw construction of a new 138,000 sq. ft medical center and 6,600 sq. ft. clinic. Prior to that, they were Facilities Director at Greene County Medical Center from February 1998 to February 2000. Ken is dedicated to their work and takes pride in ensuring that all facilities under their care are well-maintained and up to code. Ken is a strong leader with a proven track record of successful project management.

Ken Pankow has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ashford University and a BS in Industrial Technology with a focus on Occupational Safety from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa.

They are on a team with Charles Lane - Chief Medical Officer, Mike Marshall - VP of Finance & CFO, and Robin Steinmann - CHRO. Ken Pankow reports to Keith Page, President & CEO.
