Travis Clark, Esq. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Travis began their career as an Intern at the Office of U.S. Representative Dan Boren, where they interacted with constituents and provided guidance on government service matters. Travis then worked as a Paramedic at Pafford EMS, Rogers County, OK, and MESTA EMS, where they delivered emergency medical care and conducted training courses.

Transitioning into the legal field, Travis served as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor, where they researched and wrote legal memoranda on various Indian law issues. Travis continued to expand their legal expertise as a Law Clerk at the Native American Rights Fund, specializing in federal Indian law and developing trial and appellate arguments.

Travis later became an Associate Attorney at Fredericks Peebles & Morgan, focusing on tribal law and advising tribal governments, corporations, and economic development entities. Their responsibilities included drafting and reviewing tribal statutes, regulations, contracts, and policies.

Currently, Travis holds positions at the Bureau of Indian Education, starting as a Management and Program Analyst and progressing to Chief Performance Officer and Chief of Staff. In these roles, they have provided analytical support, developed metrics for policy review, and represented the Bureau in tribal consultations and inter-agency meetings.

Throughout their career, Travis Clark, Esq. has showcased a strong commitment to public service, legal expertise in tribal law, and a comprehensive understanding of governmental processes.

Travis Clark, Esq. pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Emergency Medical Services from Rogers State University, which they obtained between the years 2006 and 2008. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, they continued their studies at Rogers State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with an emphasis in Social Science - Political Science. Finally, they attended the University of St. Thomas from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Travis Clark, Esq. possesses various certifications. Travis obtained a certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians - Paramedic in July 2006 through Rogers State University. Furthermore, they obtained bar admissions in South Dakota in October 2014 and the Cherokee Nation in August 2015.
