Nayelie de Santiago

Nayelie De Santiago is currently a Dean’s Fellow and Research Assistant for Professor Thompson-Bell at Southwestern Law School, where studies towards a Doctor of Law degree are being pursued. Previously, Nayelie worked as a Judicial Extern at the California Court of Appeal, Second District, and as a Litigation Assistant at Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi LLP. Experience also includes serving as a Law Fellow with Legal Education Access Pipeline, Inc., a Grant Writer and Immigration Legal Assistant at El Rescate Legal Services, and a Criminal Immigration Legal Assistant at Moaddel Law Firm. Nayelie began professional endeavors as an Office Assistant at UCLA and held internships with the KIPP Foundation and CHIRLA. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Chicana/o Studies with a minor in Labor Studies from UCLA, along with studies at Université Paris Cité and King's College London.
