Adjunct Professor - RN To BSN Program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University

Rachel Minatee MBA RHIA currently serves as the Practice Optimization Manager at Navvis, overseeing a program designed to enhance provider and practice staff engagement within a value-based care model. With a solid background in healthcare management and academic instruction, Rachel has taught management theory to RN-BSN students at Southwestern Oklahoma State University since January 2014. Previous roles include manager of Population Health at Norman Regional Health System, where leadership of a 30-member team focused on population health goals and operational management. Rachel has also held roles at OU Physicians as EHR Application Manager and Project Manager, as well as a professor in Health Information Technology at Rose State College. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Healthcare Administration and Health Information/Medical Records Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
