Dr. Stephanie Ingalls

Dr. Stephanie Ingalls has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dr. Stephanie is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Southwestern Oregon Community College since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked independently as a Consultant & Instructor, specializing in research methodology, statistics, Excel essentials, and business analytics from 2016 to 2023. From 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Human Resources Analyst II / Student Employment Manager / Performance Management at the University of Redlands, where they conducted various studies, analyses, and investigations related to HR and performance management. Before that, they worked as a Research Analyst at Barstow Community College from 2018 to 2022. Dr. Ingalls also has experience in coordinating and instructing roles at CSUSB from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Field Agent at CPM Expert U.S. Field Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Dr. Ingalls gained management experience at Best Buy Mobile as an Assistant Manager/Hiring Coordinator from 2008 to 2012. Dr. Stephanie also held positions at The Digital Assistant, Hickory Farms, Inc., and Kohl's Department Stores earlier in their career.
