Transportation Planners Team

The Transportation Planners Team at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the region's transportation vision, long-range plan, and transportation improvement programs. Working closely with PennDOT and other regional partners, the team addresses various transportation needs, including public transit, safety operations, and active transportation initiatives, to ensure sustainable and efficient mobility across Southwestern Pennsylvania. The team also supports economic development efforts by integrating transportation planning with broader regional growth and infrastructure strategies.
