Kristen Paxson

Kristen Paxson possesses extensive experience in integrated communications and marketing, currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Integrated Communications & Marketing at Southwestern University since September 2015, following roles as Senior Director and Marketing Operations Manager within the same institution. Prior to joining Southwestern University, Kristen held the position of Business Manager at Pax-Sun, Inc. from March 2013 to September 2015 and worked at Next Star Communications, Inc. from June 2004 to February 2013 as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Kristen earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Centenary College of Louisiana.
