Laura E. Skandera Trombley

Laura Skandera Trombley is a distinguished academic leader, currently serving as President of Southwestern University since June 2020. With a robust background in higher education administration, Trombley has held prominent roles including President Emerita of the Huntington Library and President of the University of Bridgeport. Previous experience includes a brief tenure as Professor of English at the University of Southern California and leadership positions at Pitzer College and Coe College.
