Richard Lovett is an experienced Radiation Oncologist currently serving as a locum tenens physician at multiple healthcare facilities, including Samaritan Medical Center and The University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center, since March 2023. Richard has been a locum tenens physician at several institutions, including Southwestern Vermont Medical Center and Claxton Hepburn Medical Center, while maintaining a long-term role at Rutland Regional Medical Center since 1990, where Richard also holds the position of Director of Radiation Oncology. In addition to clinical practice, Richard has been an Associate Professor of Radiology at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont since 1990 and has contributed to the American Society of Radiation Oncology in various leadership roles.
