Shawn Hodges is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and service sectors. Currently serving as the Field Operations Manager for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? since 2019, Shawn oversees a portfolio of 22 franchises, consulting on operational and financial success while focusing on leadership development and profitability. Previously, as General Manager at Marriott Hotels from May 2016 to September 2019, Shawn demonstrated remarkable leadership by enhancing guest experience, achieving significant improvements in operational quality assurance, and leading the sales team to notable recognition.
