Andrew Williams

Andrew Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Enterprise Risk Management Director at Southwire Company since June 2014, Williams has established a foundational framework for identifying and mitigating business risks while also driving lean initiatives across the organization. Prior roles include Director of Lean, CSC, Functional & Rod Mills, and Lean Enterprise Manager at Southwire, along with managerial positions at Amazon and Precision Castparts. Williams has a strong background in deploying Lean tools, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams in various manufacturing settings. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
