Caleb Little

Caleb Little serves as the Director of Environment Health Safety at Southwire Company, responsible for overseeing nine facilities, including wire and cable manufacturing and copper smelting/extruding. Prior to this role, Caleb held similar positions at ANDRITZ and Tempur Sealy International, where oversight included multiple manufacturing plants across the East Coast and various other locations. Previous experience includes serving as EH&S Manager at SKC Inc., where accountability extended to a diverse campus, and as an Environmental Health Safety Engineer at Ricoh Electronics, overseeing safety for multiple operational buildings. Caleb's career began at Golden State Foods, progressing from Safety and Training Supervisor to Safety and Training Manager, focusing on health and safety across several business units. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
