Ethan Hayden

Ethan Hayden serves as the Regional Quality Manager for Southwire Company, specializing in EP Product Support since January 2023, overseeing quality operations across three manufacturing plants and external sources while implementing SAP Quality Management systems. Prior to this role, Ethan held various quality management positions at Prysmian Group from August 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the QA department for low, medium, and high voltage power distribution cables, managing a team of 27 employees, and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards. Earlier experience includes senior quality engineering roles at ESAB and BorgWarner Inc., as well as quality management positions at Crown Equipment Corporation and AGCO Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in quality assurance, process improvement, and team leadership within the manufacturing sector. Ethan holds a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering Fabrication Technology and an Associate's degree in Welding & Fabrication Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
