Jae Shim

Jae Shim is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Southwire Company since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jae held various positions, including Director of Corporate Real Estate at XPO Logistics, Inc. from 2019 to 2021, and Senior Project Manager in Real Estate Development at Grainger from 2013 to 2019. Jae's career also includes experience as Project Manager II at Lendlease from 2006 to 2013 and Project Manager at Kenny Construction Company from 2003 to 2006. Jae holds an MBA in Finance from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (2014-2019) and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2001-2003) and Marquette University (1999-2001).
