Ray Kasten

Ray Kasten has a diverse work experience in the utility industry, with roles ranging from President & CEO to Vice President. Ray has expertise in operational business intelligence solutions, grid resiliency, grid modernization, and vegetation optimization. Ray has experience in co-founding and developing new businesses, as well as strategic advisory responsibilities. Additionally, they have been involved in product strategy, business development, and new initiatives related to big data, AI, and outage lifecycle management. Ray has held leadership positions in companies such as Southwire Company, OBI Partners Inc., IntelliMetrics Group, Ventyx (an ABB Company), Obvient Strategies Inc., and CES International (now Oracle).

Ray Kasten obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Finance, from Upsala College between 1976 and 1980. Prior to that, they attended Middletown Township High School from 1974 to 1976 to complete their college preparatory studies. Additionally, in 2013, Ray Kasten received a certification in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing institution.
