Sarah Laperriere

Sarah Laperriere, MBA, currently serves as Lean Director - Distribution at Southwire Company, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Sarah was Manager of Commercial Operations Continuous Improvement at Watts Water Technologies from February 2018 to July 2021, where notable contributions included the automation of sales quotations and significant reductions in quote lead times and costs. Prior to that, Sarah worked as Senior Strategic Program Manager at Southern New Hampshire University, where key initiatives focused on student retention and project management improvements. Sarah's experience also includes program management roles at Hubbell Incorporated, BURNDY LLC, and earlier positions in purchasing and document control. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as an Associate's degree from Northern Essex Community College.
