Kim Decato

Kim Decato is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the engineering sector. Since joining SOUTHWORTH in June 2012, Kim has progressed through multiple positions, including Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Team Lead, and Design Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Design Engineer III at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works from 2006 to 2011, and as Lead Project Engineer at Bachmann Industries Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Early career roles include Mechanical Engineer positions at Practical Applications, Inc. and Haigh-Farr, Inc. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
