Currently serving in Human Resources at Sovereign Bank since October 2023, Glenda previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Golden Age Home Health Inc., where responsibilities included hiring, payroll, compliance, and strategic advisory. Glenda's career also includes roles as Chief Human Resource Officer at New Century Hotels and Estate & Legacy Manager for The Salvation Army, where expertise in estate management and legal issues was developed. As a business owner of both Peruvian Imports and The Key People, Glenda demonstrated entrepreneurial skills in importation and janitorial services. In addition to a solid educational background with master's and bachelor's degrees in relevant fields, Glenda has engaged in significant volunteer work and ministry activities.
