Previous roles include Executive Assistant at First National Bank, where responsibilities encompassed calendar management, travel logistics, and board meeting coordination, and Project Manager at Chesapeake Energy, managing cross-functional initiatives and a $3.6 million budget. Randi’s career also includes positions in event coordination, client services management, and staffing, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills backed by a Bachelor of Environmental Science in Hospitality Tourism Management from Oklahoma State University.
