Shane Carr

Shane Carr is a Senior Analytical Chemist at Sovereign Flavors Inc., with experience in the design, management, and operation of R&D and QC analytical labs to support production and product development in the flavor manufacturing industry since July 2019. Prior to this role, Shane served as a Flavor Analytical Chemist at Sensapure, where responsibilities included developing analytical testing methods for flavor duplication. Previous experience includes working as an Analytical Chemist at E.A Weber & Co. and The Lebermuth Company, focusing on quantitative and qualitative analysis of flavor blends and raw materials. Shane began a career at Kennametal as an Analytical Chemist, analyzing metal alloy compositions, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University South Bend.
