Sharon Jones is an experienced leader in customer operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at SNG since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sharon held positions including Director of Contact Centres at RAC and Head of Global Contact Centres at British Airways. With a strong background in operational leadership, Sharon has also worked as Operations Director at Barclaycard and held various senior roles at Zurich Financial Services and RSA. Educational achievements include the Integrated Management Development Programme in Strategic Leadership from Cranfield University, along with a BA Hons in Public Administration from the University of South Wales and training with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
