Andrew Behrman

Andrew is an Associate at Sovereign’s Capital responsible for sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management of private fund investments and co-investments. Prior to joining Sovereign’s Capital, he spent two years with Invesco Ltd. as a Corporate Strategist, supporting the firm’s alternatives and institutional business units with fundraising, M&A, and product development efforts. Andrew began his career at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Investment Banking Analyst on the leveraged finance underwriting team, working on several middle-market transactions across a range of industries including financial institutions, technology, business services, and energy.
