April Chapman

April Chapman is the advisor at Sovereign’s Capital. April has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

April was the CEO of Generous Giving, a board member of Praxis, and the Vice Chair of the Impact Foundation. April also chaired the National Christian Foundation for 13 years.

April was a co-chairman of the World Vision Innovation Fund and a board member of the Family Life Technology Council. April was also a member of GenNextFoundation.org and the Vice Chairman of the Jennifer Dunn Leadership Institute.

In addition to their work at Sovereign’s Capital, April is a principal consultant at Impact Technology, LLC and a group program manager at Microsoft. April has also worked as a software developer at Span Instruments and a software engineer at Leading Systems, Inc.

April Chapman has a post graduate diploma in strategy and innovation from the University of Oxford - Said Business School and a B.S. in computer science from UC Irvine.
