Gautam Mahanti

Gautam Mahanti is an experienced executive in operations and strategic management, currently serving as Vice President of APAC Operations at Sovos since August 2025, focusing on the integration of IRIS GST to enhance offerings and expand within the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Gautam held the position of Senior Vice President at IRIS GST from September 2016 to August 2025, where the mission centered on aiding organizations in improving process efficiency and ensuring GST compliance. Other notable roles include Head of XBRL Enterprise Products and Solutions at IRIS Business Services India Pvt Ltd, Information Agenda Solution Consultant at IBM, Chief of Strategy Projects at Future Group, and leadership positions in project management at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd and Tata Interactive Systems. Gautam holds a PGDBM in Systems and General Management from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research.
