Sarah Hurwit Gomel

Sarah Hurwit Gomel serves as Chief of Staff at SOVRA since September 2025 and is a member of TroopHR, a national HR network, since November 2024. Previously, Sarah held the position of Chief of Staff at Spatial Data Logic and Rock Solid Technology, Inc., where key contributions included enhancing organizational health and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. As a management consultant at Quorum1, Sarah focused on change management and operational improvement initiatives, supporting external clients and leading internal communications. Sarah's career also includes significant roles at PrimeGov and Granicus, encompassing strategic planning and operational initiatives. With an academic background from Brown University, the University of St Andrews, and additional studies at Sciences Po and Loyola University Chicago, Sarah has a solid foundation in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies. Founder of Gomel Consulting, LLC, Sarah worked extensively with nonprofits, designing impactful programs for various organizations.
