Fachrul Mahmudin, S.Kom

Fachrul Mahmudin, S.Kom has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Fachrul is currently working as the Claim Head at Igloo since 2022. Before that, they held the position of Claim & Sales Operation Manager at WE+ (PT KITA INDONESIA PLUS) from December 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia) where they served as the Branch Manager for the Lampung and Makassar branches. In these roles, they were responsible for sales production and identifying sales opportunities in various channels and product lines. Fachrul also worked as the Unit Head PIC Claim MV leasing unit at Tokio Marine from 2006 to 2013. Before joining Tokio Marine, they worked as a Claim Surveyor for mv claim at Asuranasi Bina Dana Arta from 2004 to 2006.

Fachrul Mahmudin, S.Kom completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitas Gunadarma, where they studied from 1997 to 2003.
