Nina also held the position of Business Support Operations Sr. Manager and Process Management Sr. Manager at Home Credit Indonesia, where they were responsible for managing daily operations, process improvement, and team management.
Nina has prior experience at PT Astra Aviva Life and AXA Financial, where they worked in customer experience and complaint management roles.
Furthermore, Nina worked at PT. Telkom Indonesia and Chevron Pacific Indonesia as a Senior Internet Camp Helpdesk, and at Radio Warna 104,2 FM Pekanbaru as a Radio Announcer.
Nina Sakinah, ICP-ACC, completed their Bachelor of Communications Science with a specialization in Public Relations and Applied Communications from Universitas Padjadjaran between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile in February 2022, the Customer Service Foundations certification from LinkedIn in October 2021, and the Critical Thinking for More Effective Communication certification, also from LinkedIn, in September 2021.
