Shaunda Williams

With more than 15 years of server administration, network architecture and cybersecurity management experience, Shaunda Williams brings a strategic mindset, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation to enhance system performance. A true IT professional, Shaunda names all of her tech equipment including her recent addition, Bruce.

Before Sowell Management, Shaunda was an independent contractor specializing in cybersecurity auditing, mobile security and device management. As the contractor for CAT, she led the configuration, administration and monitoring of data centers throughout North America.

She also held system management positions with the Arkansas Department of Education and North Little Rock School District where she updated the infrastructure that supported 9000 users.

As a certified scrum master, she drives agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Shaunda is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University.

In addition to her professional achievements, she has served as a victim rights advocate, is active in youth and community outreach and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Shaunda lives in Little Rock with her partner, Dez; fur baby, Tobias Lavell Williams; and of course, Bruce.
