Adam Lyko

Adam Lyko has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and consulting industry. Adam started their career in 2006 as a Resource Consultant at Alexander Mann Solutions, where they specialized in recruitment process outsourcing and direct search for SSC/ITO recruitment. In 2006, they joined Kenexa, an IBM Company, as a Research Consultant, specializing in RPO, IT recruitment, and direct search. In 2007, they transitioned to SAP, where they worked as a Recruiter, focusing on sales and consulting recruitment through direct search. In the same year, they also co-founded Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. sp. k., where they served as CEO, overseeing recruitment process outsourcing, executive search, and recruitment consultancy. Currently, they are a Member of the Board of Advisors at InHunt World since 2020.Overall, Adam Lyko brings extensive experience in recruitment and executive search, with a particular focus on RPO, IT recruitment, sales, and consulting recruitment.

Adam Lyko obtained a Bachelor's degree from National Louis University between 1999 and 2002. Adam later pursued a Master's degree in Management & Marketing from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu, completing it in 2005. In terms of certifications, Adam earned the following: Copywriting for Recruiters from Copywriting for Recruiters in April 2020, Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in April 2020, LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn in November 2013, and a Certificate of Completion of AmazingHiring Sourcing Course from AmazingHiring Global in June 2020.
