Justyna Mitka

Justyna Mitka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Justyna started their career at Aon Hewitt as an Associate in the Staffing Team in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Team Leader and Project Coordinator in the EU project at Jouve Polska. Following that, they joined Hays as a Sourcing Partner at American Express from November 2012 to June 2013.

In 2013, Justyna worked at Honeywell as a Staffing Specialist for Germany from June to October. Justyna then joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Resource Specialist for Rolls-Royce Germany from October 2013 to February 2015.

After a sabbatical leave for yoga instructor training in India from December 2014 to April 2015, they joined Farnell element14 as a European Recruiter on a temporary contract from April 2015 to January 2016.
