Marina Kamal

Marina Kamal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Total Rewards and Performance Lead at Soyven, a Cargill-ADM Joint Venture, since August 2019, where responsibilities include compensation benchmarking, performance management, and employee life cycle management.
