Jonathan McIntyre

Jonathan McIntyre has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jonathan started their career in 2008 at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where they worked as a Consumer Loan Underwriter and later as a Consumer Loan Underwriter III in the Default Servicing division. During this time, they gained expertise in decisioning underwriting for portfolios including FHLMC, FNMA, VA, and FHA. Jonathan also took on additional responsibilities such as serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Income Calculation Training and completing Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2016, Jonathan joined Consumer Direct Mortgage, a division of First Bank, as a Senior Underwriter, where they managed a high volume purchase and refinance pipeline and underwrote loans for various investors. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Providence Day School starting in 2005. In 2019, Jonathan took up the role of Executive Recruiter at SP Associates, Inc. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong track record in underwriting and coaching, along with experience in executive recruitment.

Jonathan McIntyre attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resources.
