Kristin Martin

Kristin Martin is an accomplished executive recruiting professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment efforts across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Executive Recruiting at Endeavor since September 2021, Kristin manages VP+ level searches for Endeavor and its portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Kristin worked as an Executive Recruiter at Google and held multiple senior positions at WPP, including Senior Vice President of the Talent Team for North America and Vice President of Executive Recruitment and Talent Management. Kristin began a recruitment career in the mid-1990s with positions at renowned firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, Berglass Grayson, and Spencer Stuart. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
