Akash Jain

Akash Jain is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in index research and design, currently serving as Director & Team Lead at S&P Global since November 2016. In this role, Akash conceptualizes, designs, and constructs a variety of indices while engaging with clients and strategic partners to create bespoke index solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Deutsche Bank as Assistant Vice President, where innovative models for client trade flows were developed, and at Convexity Solutions & Advisors as Manager of Trading & Strategy, focusing on hypothesis testing for investment strategies. Akash's foundation in finance is further supported by an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering & Material Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Additionally, Akash is a CFA Level III candidate.
