Angela Hicks

Angela Hicks, MBA, CSM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and program leadership, currently serving as Associate Director and Program Manager at S&P Global since February 2018. Angela has held various roles, including Lead IT Project Manager and Release Train Engineer. Prior to S&P Global, Angela worked at DriveFactor as IT Program Manager and Scrum Master, and at Capital One as Project Manager. Notably, Angela held two vice president positions at Bank of America, focusing on business enablement and support management, where significant process improvements were achieved. Angela is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Project Management at Liberty University and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Averett University, alongside a certificate in Project Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University.
