Bea Chiem

Bea Chiem is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the consumer products and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Sector Lead at S&P Global since July 2006, Bea oversees a team managing a diverse portfolio of branded consumer packaged food and durable goods companies. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as a Director at S&P Global, leading analysis for investment-grade and high-yield issuers, and an MBA internship at Merck focusing on business development and licensing. Additionally, Bea worked as a Financial Services Manager at the Center for Women & Enterprise, where efforts included raising funds for women entrepreneurs, and as an Associate at Piper Jaffray, providing investment banking services with a focus on middle-market retail and consumer products. Bea holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Economics from Macalester College.
