Caroline West

Caroline West has extensive experience in public finance housing, currently serving as Managing Director & Analytical Manager at S&P Global since July 2008, with previous roles including Senior Director and Director. Prior experience includes positions at The Urban Institute as a Research Assistant and at Jan Judy for Congress as a Campaign Assistant. Caroline West holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College, along with studies at the University of St Andrews.
