Diana Hui

Diana Hui serves as a Regulatory Advisor at S&P Global Ratings since August 2019, providing guidance on policy and procedural changes while tracking regulatory developments. Prior to this role, Diana worked at Deutsche Bank from April 2012 to July 2019 as an Associate in the Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement Group, where responsibilities included managing legal risk reporting in a high-stakes environment. Diana holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Law with minors in Economics and International Studies from Binghamton University. Additionally, Diana was a visiting student at the University of Oxford, studying Jurisprudence and Sociological Foundations.
