Frank Tarsillo

Frank Tarsillo serves as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Platforms and Channels at S&P Global Market Intelligence since March 2022. Prior to this, Tarsillo was Senior Vice President and Head of Architecture at IHS Markit from April 2013 to March 2022. Tarsillo also held leadership roles at FINOS, TTID Solutions LLC, Thomson Reuters, Reuters, Radianz, and Instinet, contributing significantly to technology architecture and development across various organizations. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, Tarsillo has extensive experience in overseeing large teams and managing complex technology projects within the financial services sector.
