Grace H. Lee

Grace H. Lee is an accomplished finance and strategy leader with extensive experience in various high-profile roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as CFO and SVP of Strategy and Operations for S&P Global Mobility since December 2018, Grace oversees financial operations for a division generating approximately $1.6 billion in revenues. Previous positions include Senior Vice President roles at S&P Global, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise financial planning and analysis, treasury functions, and involvement in board committees. Grace’s prior experience also includes leadership roles at PGIM, BlackRock, Voya Financial, Neuberger Berman, and Lehman Brothers, where significant contributions were made in areas such as corporate strategy, treasury management, equity research, and investment banking. Grace holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in East Asian Languages and Cultures from Columbia University.
