Jim Savitsky

Jim Savitsky is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global sales and strategic account management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at S&P Global since March 2022, Jim previously held the position of Managing Director at IHS Markit from December 2006 to March 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a team focused on the Global Investment Banks and managing significant institutional relationships. Prior roles included Director of North American Alliances and Director of Structured Finance Sales at IHS Markit, along with a tenure as Managing Director at Trepp, LLC, where Jim directed global sales efforts in the CMBS industry. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head of Client Services at Multinational Computer Models, where Jim managed client support for a global FX exposure management system. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Planning and Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
