Nicole Fthenakis

Nicole Fthenakis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as the Head of People Strategy and Business Management at S&P Global since April 2019, Nicole also holds the role of Chief of Staff to the Chief Purpose Officer and has taken on responsibilities as a Senior Project Lead in People. Prior to this, Nicole accumulated significant experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from February 2011 to March 2019, with roles including Global HR Business Partner for MAC Cosmetics and positions focused on global talent strategy, HR transformation, and operations. Nicole Fthenakis holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from New York University.
